General conditions of sale
- Definition and object of the contract
1.1 This contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”), which is configured as a distance contract, is regulated pursuant to art. 50 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”). The object of the Contract is the sale of movable goods between the Company Saveone Srl, with registered office in via Sant'Agata di Esaro 21, VAT number 14808891007, “Saveone” and the consumer the “Customer”. The Contract is considered concluded when Saveone accepts a purchase proposal made by the Customer, by telephone or via the website www.saveonebespoke.com (“Site”) and/or other distance selling systems made available by Saveone, based on the methods described in the following article 3.
1.2 These general conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 59 of the Consumer Code, provided by Saveone during the purchase process, both by telephone and via the Site, will remain valid and effective until they are modified or integrated by Saveone. Any changes will be effective from the date on which they are publicly communicated and will apply to purchases made from that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is always available on the Site.
- Prices
2.1 The sales prices of the products shown during the sale, on the Site and/or through any other remote sales channels of Saveone, include VAT and/or any other applicable tax. Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process, on the Site and/or through other remote sales channels of Saveone.
2.2 Product prices include VAT and all other taxes. At the end of the purchase process, shipping costs may be added, based on the address provided by the Customer.
- Purchase and payment methods
3.1 The Contract is considered perfected at the time of payment, when Saveone sends the order confirmation to the Customer.
3.2 The Customer has a term of 24 hours to withdraw from the Contract and obtain a full refund, without penalty and without the obligation to justify the decision. After this period, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order, since the process of processing and production of the custom-made garment will have begun.
3.3 The Customer can choose between the following payment methods: credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, bank transfer or other methods indicated from time to time by Saveone through the Site or other sales channels. No commissions will be applied to the chosen payment methods.
3.4 If the Customer purchases multiple items of the same category for the first time, Saveone will initially produce only one item (upon agreement with the Customer), to check the fit. Once the fit has been confirmed, Saveone will proceed with the production of the other items.
3.5 It is forbidden to create multiple profiles for a single natural person and/or for the same set of anatomical measurements. Profiles that do not comply with this rule will be suspended, and the right of withdrawal/refund for orders placed using irregular profiles will be cancelled. If discount codes have been used on irregular profiles, payment of the amount corresponding to the discount applied will be required. In the event of failure to pay the balance, the order will not be shipped.
- Delivery of products – Complaints
4.1 The times for the production of the custom-made item are communicated at the time of product selection. Saveone undertakes to deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 35 days of the conclusion of the Contract*. During the production of the item, the Customer can follow the progress of the order through their account on the Site (Account – Orders).
- Shipping times may vary based on payment method and confirmation of anatomical measurements. During national holidays, delays may occur due to factory closures. Any changes to delivery times will be communicated via email.
4.2 Once the product has been shipped, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
4.3 If the Customer does not receive the product or if there are unnotified delays, he/she can follow the instructions in the “Shipping” section or contact Customer Service via the channels indicated in the “Contact Us” section.
4.4 Each Saveone product is made through a non-industrial production process. Therefore, a 1 cm variation tolerance is expected with respect to the measurements of the garment compared to the reference models.
4.5 Saveone is committed to providing realistic images of its products, however, due to different device settings and digital rendering of images, the online representation may not be completely faithful to reality. By purchasing, the Customer accepts that there may be slight discrepancies.
4.6 Any complaints must be sent to the address: Saveone Srl, via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122).
- Customer Obligations
5.1 The Customer declares and guarantees: (i) to be a consumer pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) to be of age; (iii) that the data provided for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
- Right of withdrawal
6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without penalty and without justification, within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate by telephone or email his/her intention to withdraw. Once the production process of the custom-made garment has started, it will not be possible to interrupt it.
6.2 Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal in the case of purchase of products made to measure or personalized.
Saveone offers the possibility of returning the amount spent, upon returning the product within 30 days of shipment, in the event that the item has structural defects, fit problems or cannot be modified. The conditions are specified in the "Returns and Refunds" section.
In case of return, the Customer must follow these steps:
- Download and complete the refund request form available in the “Changes and Refunds” section and send it by email to bespoke@saveone.it or by registered mail to the address indicated, attaching 3 photos of the item being worn (front, side, back view) to document the defect.
- The complaint will be examined by our experts, who will communicate any approval.
- The product to be returned must be packaged in its original packaging and sent at your own expense, with traceable shipping, to the address: Saveone Srl, Via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122).
The refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, if possible (Credit Card, PayPal). Otherwise, the Customer must provide the bank details for the refund.
6.3 Products returned without following the procedure described will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender without any refund.
6.4 The returned product must be intact, unused, and complete with all original packaging and accessories, together with the approved return form.
6.5 If the above conditions are met, the buyer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount spent, excluding shipping costs. Coupons or discount vouchers used for the purchase will be replaced with new coupons or discount vouchers to be used for future purchases. If the items purchased are part of a promotion, the Customer must return all of them to receive a full refund.
- Competent court
7.1 The Contract is governed by Italian law.
7.2 Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will be under the jurisdiction of the Court in which the Customer has residence or domicile, if located in Italy, or of the Court of Milan, if the Customer has residence or domicile abroad.
